This is an Illinois ADMIRAL BENSON model trench WWI watch. It has an excellent sterling silver case with its original crown . The case is especially thick and substantial. It has a very good original enamel custom dial with purple numerals. The dial has a chip at the very top between the 11 and 12, that is hardly noticeable. The dial also has custom gold enamel features, that may be spurs but I am unsure.
This is a very sharp looking and sizable trench watch, it really pops with the purple numerals!!
Its 3/0 size, 17j movement is running fine and is guaranteed for one year plus ten days.
