Description
This is an Illinois MAJOR model wristwatch. It has a very hard to find GGF case that is unpolished and in excellent condition . It has an extremely unusual exploding numeral dial that is highly appealing. This dial is either a (1) very old redone one; (2) a special order one; or, (3) a prototype dial. The elongated exploding numerals are very eye catching!!
This watch is from the personal collection of famed Illinois collector Farrell Gay!!
Its 3/0 size, 17j movement is running fine and is guaranteed for one year plus ten days.
